How to maximize your property search

The property search utility has two distinct functions:

     1.     A traditional property search tool covering most of the major Northern California cities, and  

     2.     An email delivered property "alert" function that allows you to create as many speciality property searches as you desire and manage them in a discreet, secure, easy to create Property Alert Service account.  You choose the frequency and the length of the subscription, and can add, delete, or cancel searches or the entire account at the push of a button.  And as you read in our Privacy &  No-Harrassment Policy, no one in our office will pester you by phone or email, and your infomation (name, phone, and email) will remain completely confidential - period!

      To take advantage of this service, click on the Property Search tab, and click on the "Sign up for Property Alerts and receive email updates when new listings come on the market!" box just above the list of cities and zips; the automated system will guide you through the rest of the process.  It's fast and easy!
