Market Snapshot

This feature allows you to view market data graphically.  You will receive, by email, a real-time snapshot of your marketplace of choice, including sales statistics, time-on-market, and a birds-eye map view of all properties in the price range you specify, with access to each property's asking price, listing details, and a photo.

When you receive your market snapshot, it will clearly state when your next market update is scheduled to be emailed; you may click on "edit schedule" to change your update schedule for every 2 - 8 weeks, or immediately cancel the service and receive no further updates.

Click on the Market Snapshot tab to begin.
